Victoria Kennedy is a Baltimore-based writer.  Her stories range from fun and romantic to insightful explorations of cultural and societal challenges. Sometimes all of these elements are combined to create emotional accounts of love and woe.  Victoria has a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing and Publishing Arts from the University of Baltimore. She has been published in Welter and Binge Online.  Her work is also included in The Dating Game anthology published by Brown Girls Books.
